terms and conditions

the short version

Yoinko Cloud is a workspace for notes, files, structured pages, and AI-assisted work. Use it responsibly, keep your account secure, pay for the plan you choose, and do not use the service to harm people, systems, or data.

1. accepting these terms

By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a plan, or using Yoinko Cloud, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you are using Yoinko for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on that organization's behalf.

2. the service

Yoinko provides a cloud workspace for creating and managing pages, uploaded files, spreadsheets, diagrams, task boards, shared links, team workspaces, and AI-assisted workflows. Product features may change as the service evolves.

Your pages, files, prompts, chat messages, and workspace data remain yours. You give Yoinko permission to store, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the service, keep it secure, process support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to upload, share, or process content through Yoinko.

5. AI features and providers

Yoinko can send selected workspace context, prompts, and files to the LLM provider you configure, or to managed Yoyo AI when included in your plan. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.

When you bring your own LLM provider, your use of that provider is also governed by that provider's terms and policies.

7. billing, plans, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Cloud Enterprise terms, managed Yoyo AI volume, support commitments, and dedicated hosting details may be handled in a separate written agreement.

You can cancel a paid plan from the dashboard or by contacting support. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.

8. availability and support

We work to keep Yoinko Cloud reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, third-party outages, or events outside our control. Support levels depend on your plan. Cloud Enterprise support commitments apply only when included in a signed agreement.

9. intellectual property

Yoinko owns the service, website, brand, design, software, and related materials. These terms do not transfer ownership of Yoinko or its intellectual property to you. You may not copy, resell, or misuse the Yoinko brand or service.

10. third-party services

Yoinko may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, billing, analytics, monitoring, email, storage, AI providers, and other infrastructure. Those third-party services may have their own terms and policies.

11. disclaimers

Yoinko is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

12. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoinko will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

13. suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay for a paid plan, or use Yoinko in a way that may cause legal or security problems. You may stop using Yoinko at any time and export your workspace content from the dashboard when available.

14. changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Yoinko changes. Significant updates will be reflected on this page, and the "last updated" date will show the most recent revision. Continued use of Yoinko after an update means you accept the updated terms.
